Overview

The Problem

The New York Laser Clinic is an aesthetics clinic with three clinics in London and one in Reading. The owners approached us with a website that was cluttered, out-dated and in need of a complete re-design. Along with this, the user journey was very complex and the site structure needed to be adjusted. The problem manifested itself by the means of a lower-than-average conversion rate which was raising costs.

The Solution

Having reviewed all aspects of the website and after thorough research, we pinpointed and addressed all the main areas of concern. We proceeded with creating a clear, aesthetically pleasing & easy to navigate website to better reflect the brand. There was particular focus on communicating with different levels of consumers, those who had very basic understanding of their services, and those who were further down the purchase path and knew the services & technology used in these procedures. We also took initiative to supplement content where it was missing and to restructure existing content to attract more search engine visitors.
