We currently have an incredible opening for a Digital Graphic Designer / Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably agency-side, with a varied portfolio in digital and print.
The role:
The Digital Graphic Designer / Illustrator will be responsible for the conceptualisation, design and layout of design projects including websites. You will be involved with the graphical and aesthetic aspects of branding work and the creation of mock-ups for new business. Finally, you will be directly reporting to the IT Director, working with the marketing team and also collaborating with clients to ensure that they each receive the best possible level of service and their needs are effectively addressed.
Duties:
- Creation of design briefs based on information collected from existing and prospect clients
- Provision of design suggestions for projects
- Creation of mock-ups for new business
- Work closely with the development team for implementation
- Ensure best practice and create brand guidelines
- Discuss creative solutions with clients and provide innovative ideas
- Work on future products, including creating a new reporting tool
- Maintain high awareness of industry’s trends
